Consistency. I have had my haircut by Cindy for about six months now. It is hard to have someone give the same cut when you only visit every other week. I appreciate the time she takes to make sure I am happy with the cut.
My stylist, Karlo, always does a fantastic job. It is also very easy to make an appointment using your app.

There has been so much turnover at this store likely due to poor leadership and you should let your workers unionize. If those things were to change, I would make this my go to place for a haircut.

Kat, my regular barber at Floyd’s 99 in Pasadena, is awesome! She gives a great haircut, she also does it with a smile and a great sense of humor. I always enjoy my time at Floyd’s when she cuts my hair, it is a small place to build some community and find someone who knows me well. Count me as a happy and regularly returning customer.
