I like the quality of services. I always get a fantastic haircut and excellent customer service. I like getting a shoulder massage with my haircut. The people are nice. Floyd’s has all of the best hair products too.

Talented staff. The neck shave and massage being included adds great value. I enjoy getting the promos thgouh email for $5 off a cut, and the 2 for $22 on product is a great deal.

Very pleasantly surprised! My long term hair stylist moved out of state last year and I've been wandering in the 'budget hair salon franchise' wilderness - Happy to say that you guys are definitely a superior experience. Booking, pricing, service levels all crystal clear and easy to navigate on the site. And my stylist (Chiantita!) was clearly super knowledgeable about my thin, curly hair, and the best way to achieve what I was looking for...Happy to have found a new 'Hair Home'!
