The entire staff is welcoming and always provides a great haircut. My 17 year old special needs son has been getting his haircut here for the past 4 years. He does not like getting haircuts and is especially anxious around clippers. Despite his fears, whoever cuts his hair always shows so much patience and understanding with him. I’ve been very satisfied with the service we get at Floyd’s 99 Pasadena.
