I've consistently had an excellent experience at Floyds since first visiting my stylist Kless. I believe this is due entirely to her as both stylist and manager of this Floyd's location. As manager, the store is always clean and kept up, the staff is polite and friendly, and my appointments are always on time. As stylist, she always treats me well, listens to my requests, and I always leave loving my new haircut.
