It was our first time at the Floyd’s Encino for a haircut for my 9yo son as we were visiting from Texas. We had the pleasure of meeting Gilbert, a U.S. veteran. My son’s hair is flat and without the right technique, it just falls flat on his head even with the use of product. Gilbert’s chair manner was awesome. He was multitasking while I talked his ear off about investments and his future goals. My son walked out with an amazing haircut and product that Gilbert recommended. Several days later, he still looks great and gets compliments. Thanks to the young lady at the front desk, we took advantage of the offer and purchased two products for a fraction of the cost. Great experience all around.

Jewel had done my hair cut with very explanatory so that we understood what he is going to do and discuss about it, I felt like it’s awesome because I went two other places which are located in nortridge and Topanga - Ventura but I didn’t see them so responsiveness.

Encino location is always delivering exceptional results! My most recent visit, I had the privilege of meeting Jorge. Jorge was extremely professional and right off the bat, gave me insights into my hair style. I have strong cowlicks and it turns out for about 5-6 years, my hair has been cut working against them. Jorge said “Right off the bat, this is what I’m seeing.” It’s crazy to me that no one has mentioned this before but that just goes to show that Floyd’s made a great hire with Jorge. He communicated and let my hair be its best self. Thank you Jorge, in a time where care is not so common, I appreciate your quickness to care and provide exceptional service.

Jules is a kind, thoughtful barber. I have been looking for a barber who knows how to deal with my hair and beard, both of which are a bit unruly. He has it nailed.

The music is good, the prices are within reason, and the overall vibe is great. The little touches, like the neck and scalp massage and hot towels make it just like my favorite barbershop from when I was a kid.
