Great cut and friendly service

I’m used to going to a more traditional salon, and haven’t been to get a professional haircut in years because I typically hated the experience. My husband goes to Floyd’s for his haircuts and beard trims, and I saw that they cut hair for everyone so I decided to give them a try. The stylist I saw was so sweet and welcoming, she really listened to what I wanted and needed for my haircut. And for the first time ever, I had a stylist say heck yea we can chop it all off, instead of trying to tell me I don’t have the face for it and talking me out of it. She worked with my features and desired length, and I wanted to cry when I left, I was so happy. Sarah gave me an amazing haircut, great conversation (without being bothered by my frequent silence) and she left me feeling more confident than I have in a long while. Thank you so much!!
