I realize products drive addl income, but focus on the stylists.
Also. There are way too many cheaper choices for product. Yours are basically full retail.
Cut your margins and increase your volume.
I rarely buy product @ Floyd’s BECAUSE your mark-up is way outa line for what’s so EASILY avail elsewhere for less.
If Floydds label products were 20% less than say Paul Mitchell, I’d buy it.
