Staff is very nice. Greets with smile at front desk always welcoming to everyone. Stylists listen to what customer wants. Make suggestions if asked. Do a very professional job and make it a pleasant experience to use their services
Number 1 Priority is the haircut. Does it look good? Are you and your contacts, friends and family happy with it? Number 2: is the stylist friendly enough, but not so chummy that they waste a lot of your time socializing? Number 3: Are they offering little extras like shoulder rubs, hair products, etc.? Number 4. If you arrive to your appointment on time how long do you have to wait? Floyd’s has passed the test so well and for so many years that I that I keep coming back, even though I’ve moved out of town.
