The vibe was so welcoming! I’ve been to Floyd’s before but never had an experience like this. The team was super friendly my stylist was patient and helpful. My closest shop is technically brea but moving forward I will be making the drive to Tustin because my overall experience was much better at this location. Highly recommend.

The stylist I scheduled with Sean L. in Tustin location was absolutely amazing. He paid great attention to what I desired and was patient. He offered amazing feedback. Sean was friendly and very knowledgeable in his craft I learned so much about hair and styling techniques. Location was clean and tidy.

Great service! One thing. I wish that my stylist had at least put on some kind of heat protectant before heat styling my hair, especially since I told them about how my hair is fine and very easily prone to breakage. Other than that would recommend to a friend.

I enjoy the vibe, the service is excellent. I’d question the utility of arranging an appointment, as it seemed ultimately inconsequential; but I, at the very least, was forced to arrive on time.
Otherwise, I’d very much recommend it.
