The people are always friendly and professional.
Staff is always friendly and seem to be enjoying working for Floyd's. I really like the Tustin location, especially with the open window.
This is no fault of Floyd's, but the parking lot has a huge pothole, which the landlord should fill for safety and appearance. Parking lot lines are faded and difficult to see. They should be repainted.
But in term's of the Floyd's experience, everything is excellent. Cheyenne does an excellent job as a hair stylist, and gives helpful advice on cut and style.
