Denay is the absolute best. I got into an accident recently and it’s really hard for me to do too much. She was extremely accommodating and I really appreciate that. She has helped me get to the point where my hair is healthy and no longer breaking. I feel very lucky to have met her because she is fun, awesome and has never given me a bad cut or dye.
I have gone to Floyd’s for years now, in different states and multiple in CA, and Tustin is by far the best. The way this location is set up should be the standard across most all Floyd’s. The roll up windows allow for the best ventilation I have experienced at any shop. Also, every employee I’ve encountered has been so nice.

Shane listened to what I wanted in a haircut and did it well.
Barber was great. He asked me how I wanted my hair cut made some recommendations which I gladly excepted. Had a good conversation which led to a deeper talk about family health. At the end he made sure to wish the best of luck to my father (cancer treatments) I know it was just a quick remark but it made a difference that day.
