The products are consistent with other products I like and are convenient to purchase while getting a cut. As for service, the place is just cool! Great people, atmosphere and music. And I absolutely love my stylist Tam. She knows just the way I like things and is not pushy on trying to sell me stuff I don’t want or need.

She was flexible about the approach to get the best results, and made great recommendations for products and general maintenance tips. I'm definitely planning to return for future services.
I go to Floyd’s because Michelle is the best. It takes a while to find a stylist that does a fantastic job and is also a wonderful person. When places hire employees like that, you keep coming back.
Friendly staff and my stylist (Aubrey) is absolutely amazing. I have been seeing her for close to four years now abs she knows exactly how to cut my hair and trim my beard. But this passed visit with your new corporate 20 minute appointment time I felt as she was a little rushed in giving me the time and attention needed. I know it’s all about corporate greed but I think this is absolutely insane to force your staff to finish a these services in such a short time.

Shante, knows hair. She has been cutting and coloring my hair for years and I am always satisfied with the end result. She is FANTASTIC!!!!!
A suggestion to the owners is to update your on line portal to include color as an option. I usually have to call in to make a reservation because this is not on the website.
