First time at this Floyd's. I made an appointment online with Aaryn and got there five minutes early. Unfortunately she was a no-show. Deena the manager tried calling her but no answer so she offered to cut my hair. I had already set the morning aside for the appointment so I agreed. I’m glad I did. Deena gave me a great cut and I will be back. But not for Aaryn. She should be taught that appointments are made for a reason.
