Friendly staff clean facilities, convenient hours
I take too long to cut my hair, 2 months vs 1 primarily because I forget to set appt. The front desk can only set appts 3 weeks in advance.
If I were you I’d at least expand that to 2 months and I’d go one step further - allow for setting recurring appts! Then allow people to modify them as they come up.
That’s how business people use their calendar and it blocks the time .
