Everyone is super helpful and patient. Everything I’ve asked for I received exactly how I wanted it. I even experimented with a semi new style this time and I love it! Maybe more knowledge about a variety of products that can be tried would be great. But it’s a great place!

Gaby at the Long Beach location is great. She is consistent, friendly, and thorough. I could do without all the company imposed time limits, pushing of products, and price increases. Almost $50 for a haircut and shampoo for a man is getting ridiculous. I pay it for Gaby. You better hope she doesn't leave.

My stylist Mar was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions regarding the service with patience. From the front desk to the check out, the experience was wonderful. The only issue I had was the parking which was difficult because not all spaces were available and it was not because of a vehicle. Thank you Long Beach, this was the exact opposite experience I had at the Hermosa Beach location the day before.

Very comfortable and welcoming environment in the store, very skilled barbers, and the barbers are also very attentive and understanding. i have a disability where i have tremors in my hands and upper body; im normally very embarrassed about it but the employees had no issue with it and were very reassuring to me. haven’t seen that sort of kindness in a long time it was very heartwarming, thank you all.
