My rating is 100% based on Gabby. Shes been cutting my hair for 2 years. She is very good at her job, listens to what you want with your hair, and is pleasant but not intrusive. Shes very balanced - makes conversation and is friendly, but not overly so - making her professional and efficient. The guy that used to manage the place (always at the desk, answered the phones) - was great. It seems more like a free for all now - but I’ll always be back as long as Gabby works there

I love the overall positive vibes of the place and staff. I’m consistently provided excellent service and I like the hot towel and massage treatment at the end of Floyds cuts; it feels like a luxury service without the extra cost. Even though I haven’t needed to utilize it, it gives me peace of mind to have the offer to return within 7 days to fix the haircut. I have yet to purchase any Floyds products, but I do like the scent and feel of the “Refresh” leave-in conditioner that is usually used at the end of the service.

The friendliness of my Barber. She is detailed oriented and very easy to work with. She has a personable and con demeanor about her. She is fast and efficient, although seemingly calm about the process.

I made an appointment with Mateo and got exactly what I needed, and he even recommended the purple shampoo that I bought after my haircut to blend my color. Such a good dude and was a pleasure chatting with him. I’ll be back to see him!
