Friendly, understanding, patient. I have changed my hair style recently and they helped to understand what I was looking for. They have also been the only people to cut my son's hair, 5 years old, and that requires some professionalism and patience I appreciate.

Very nice and professional people and a very comfortable atmosphere. My hairstylist is Gabriella and has been for the last six years. I travel 15 miles for Gabriella to cut my hair when there are other Floyd 99 salons nearby my house. talent, trust and friendship is everything.
