Your services are wonderful in regards to customer service. Now in regards to my hair cut. There's a little patch on my sideburn. Didn't notice it until I got in the car and left. She kept asking me what number I wanted on the side and I kept saying I didn't know what number. All I knew is I get a skin fade from the bottom and they blend it up. I don't know what each number blade looks like in cut. So, her persistance with asking the same question when I don't know the number was rather annoying. Also she kept suggesting half an inch off the top and it confused me because usually I'm not told how much should be taken off. Eventually she asked if I wanted a quarter off but she cut off way more than that. And that I know because I've gotten my hair cut from the top multiple times and a quarter has always been much less. Usually I would go for the dapper skin taper look but I'm trying something different. Maybe my communication made no sense but honestly she's not touching my head ever again.
