Rosie is a great stylist! My only complaint is that I’ve been coming to this location for more than two years, and that not one time ever has an appointment occur as scheduled (on-time). I walked out on Saturday after waiting an hour, returned on Tuesday. Rosie gave me a 50% off, which I greatly appreciated.

We really appreciate that Lloyd’s offers same day appointments. Staff is always super friendly. The stylist we go to is wonderful with our 4 year old son and makes him feel comfortable every cut.
