The staff is always very welcoming and provide a great atmosphere. They start providing this great costumer service from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. Ever since I got Mateo to cut my hair I always get compliments on my hair which is a great confidence booster.

My Barber Eli was very pleasant and did a fantastic job on my hair. I walked in with a long mess on the top of my head and walked out looking like a new person. My girlfriend and my friends almost didn’t recognize me. I will definitely be back again.

I’ve been Floyd’s 99 customer since 2020. I started in Orlando, Florida (big shout out to Rachel the greatest hairstylist ever) and in 4 more states where they had stores, and now I live in Los Angeles and Floyd’s shop in Ocean Blvd. in Long Beach is where I go. I’ve had nothing but super great experience every time. Edwin and Shannon in Long Beach store are my hairstylists depend on what day of the week I show up and I can’t say enough about these two. They deserve to have their salon to be honest, but lucky us and Lucky Floy’s to have them.

Sara is a great barber. Quality of cut is top notch. She also has a great personality and customer service skills. Yesterday, she noticed my top was a little too long, which I did not notice, and asked if I wanted it shorter - I said if she thought it would look better - and she went ahead and made it look even better.
