I love being able to schedule online the date, time and who is cutting my hair. Then I just show up and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seated.

I think Floyd's vets their stylists better than their competitors. I paid almost the same price at another shop and the results were an uneven haircut and excuses. I used to go to Floyds to repair these cuts but life is too short for that LOL.
