I'd give Floyd's a 10 instead of a 9, except that my #1 loyalty is to Ally B. as my stylist. If she moves elsewhere, as she did from Great Clips for scheduling reasons, I'll move with her. BTW, something seems to have improved scheduling-wise, as Floyd's lost my first reservation, so that when I showed up, Ally had to squeeze me in between other clients. But the second time, everything was great, including reminders from Floyd's.
It was our first time in with my two boys, and I was impressed with the care that the stylist took to ensure a great cut for each of them!
