I gave it a 10 because Laura, who last cut my hair, did a great job. Your website is a bit confusing. Can't log in when you go to https://www.floydsbarbershop.com/, but you can login at floyds.mytime.com (which is hard to find). It was very difficult to figure out how to see my appointment history. I ended up having to click on a link in an old email that took me to floyds.mytime.com , where I could login and see appointment history in order to refresh my memory on who cut my hair in the past. Consider including login and history at your main website so we don't have to spend an hour trying to figure out how to see appointment history. Thanks.

I just want to say that Eric G. is very in tune with his clients and it is greatly appreciated to have someone spend their time and attention on even the things that don't really pertain to the haircut itself... he is a great asset to the company.
