This Floyd’s location had a great vibe compared to other Floyd barbershops I had been to. Katelyn was SO helpful and got me exactly the cut I wanted but also what I needed. I only cut my hair roughly once or twice a year so I enjoy the process but also appreciate when someone takes the time to listen to what I want and even explain the process as they go about the cut. Katelyn was the first person to ever do this and inform me of the various techniques she was using and what they are used for. She was also a pleasure to speak to, very chill and made the experience a lot more relaxed and enjoyable. I will certainly be back and specifically ask for Katelyn!

I have been going to Lisa Marie for about 5 years for all of my haircuts. She frequently asks if I need any other services such as shampoo or massage or other services that they provide. Lisa will always touch up my eyebrows when necessary and always uses a straight edge on my neck. Most other barbers I've been to don't do as good of a job as she does. She goes above and bey
