Kylar did an amazing job. He took his time and went above and beyond with the haircut that I wanted, hands down the best haircut I have gotten in a long time, I now have to come back and be a regular.
The thing that I like most about Floyd's is that I can go to anyone who works there and know that I will get the same great quality haircut. At times I have had a single person who I go back to regularly but sometimes they aren't available. I really like that I can schedule an appointment through the app and select the "anyone available" option and not worry about what I'm going to get. That has actually never been the case at literally every other place I have gone to for haircuts in the past. A woman who worked at one of the locations explained to me that this was a result of Floyd's simply having higher standards than other places. She said she had worked other places but Floyd's simply had the highest standards. I definitely see the evidence of that in all of my experiences at probably 5 or 6 different locations over the years.
