The people and the customer service. I showed up on Saturday morning and walked in the door and they greeted me with a smile. Not much to ask for but that welcoming smile. It may seem like nothing to some people but it’s everything to me. I come from a customer service background and it’s a forgotten gesture. Thank you Floyd’s 99! Thank you to Wendy who is the best!

For me, it's Misty! She is and always has been my go to since moving to the Littleton area. I had my hair butchered many times by shops I'd go to-- either they colored/bleached my hair wrong, my cuts were uneven, etc. With Misty she takes time to be precise, let's me mess with my hair and feel it before I'm even offered to get up from her chair. She walks me through consultations while I'm there before even booking a coloring appointment. She TRULY cares about my wife and I, I care about her family and her pups. We've gotten to know each other on a personal level and that goes WELL beyond just a hair cut/ color. Products and services are at the bottom of my list. Her customer service and genuine concern is what makes me come back.
