Hair wash location is right at your station and I also believe that your hairstylist has good knowledge of what you are wanting to have done. On that note great experience. I will definitely keep continuing to go to Floyd at the aurora location

Ronnie has been an absolute game‑changer for my son’s hair. We first came to her after he’d received a really bad haircut elsewhere, and she immediately put us at ease. She listened carefully to what we wanted, explained her plan, and got right to work with so much confidence and skill.

Fast forward almost a year, and my son gets compliments on his haircut all the time. Ronnie is incredibly thorough, talented, and consistent — every cut is spot‑on. Beyond her technical skill, her customer service is just outstanding. She’s warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients.

We truly couldn’t imagine going to anyone else. Ronnie is the best of the best.

The people and service and great. One fix for the booking process is to show what stylists are available based on the time and date a customer chooses. The way it works now is I have to choose the stylist first then find out later they are not available at my time/date. Thanks.

I’ve been to several different barber shops and even independent barbers and none of them have been able the replicate the haircut I’ve wanted at the first attempt like Ronnie was able to. Excellent service and an excellent haircut, I will be returning.

The service overall was great. The haircut was a basic request but the person who cut my hair, it was clear, that they had little experience cutting hair. It was uneven and they used an expo marker to outline the part that I requested. I would have preferred for them to say that they didn't have the expertise and I would have rescheduled.

Ronnie listens to what I want and asks good questions to be sure she understands.
