I like being able to book online, and if a stylist is out they proactively reach out to me for a reschedule or go with another person. That respect for my time is much appreciated. Alisa is the best! My son has relentlessly curly to wavy hair, and very few people can give him a good hair cut, that doesn't end up lopsided or unbalanced. He looks good each time and he always likes how his cut turns out. That's so hard. We love her.

My stylist is an excellent colourist, and although I haven’t had a haircut with her yet, I feel confident she’ll be amazing. I continue to go to Floyd’s because you typically hire stylists who excel in their job, are up to date with modern cuts, and are proficient in technique. I’ve only had about 2 stylists I was disappointed with in over the 12 years that I have been going to Floyd’s.
I love Kendra G. She has been cutting my hair now for probably three years. I also love your products. They are a little expensive. The only thing that I don’t really like is all the rock bands on the wall with all those pictures and the music is more like noise. OK it probably share my name.
