This was my first visit to a Floyd’s 99. Very friendly greeting by receptionist. My stylist (Cait) was very friendly and thorough. Excellent haircut. Very pleased. The shop has a clean friendly and vibrant atmosphere. I will be going back.
My appointment was a self created mess. I booked the incorrect service, and I was late for my appointment by 15 minutes. Kai was understanding, and able to fit me in. When we discovered that what I wanted vs what I booked online was different, Jai offered me solutions. She was extremely professional, courteous, and did an amazing job. I am truly grateful, and love how she made me look.
The barbers are thorough and they listen. My son has special needs and they always take the time to make sure he is comfortable with the haircut process.

Sunny is Fantastic. This store generally has great customer service! Only downside i would say is this location is always very warm like the heater is on and I leave sweating. But worth it for the service.
