Stylist was friendly and the conversation was nice.
She was very helpful when I showed the style I wanted. I haven’t had a haircut in 6 years so I didn’t have a great idea of what I wanted and she explained why she thought one of the pictures I showed her would work best for my hair. It was pretty quick for how much hair was cut. It was a pretty significant cut and she said she enjoyed getting to do a transformation since most of the job is just trims and maintenance. It’s nice when someone enjoys the work they do; makes you confident you’re getting good work done.
Store was clean, music was nice (selection and volume), the woman at the register was friendly. Seated right at my appointment time.
One negative: The shampoo sink is uncomfortable on the neck. Needs a cushion or a towel or something. Not on the stylist though so 10/10 for this review regardless.

The last 4 people that I’ve had cut my hair at this location has been so good! Only thing is, when I go back to have the same person cut my hair they’re gone. Ashley cut my hair this time and fingers crossed she isn’t going anywhere! By far the best experience. She allowed me to have a bit of creativity with a new style and cut. Though she got the cut done in a VERY timely manner I didn’t feel rushed as I have in the past. She recommended a styling powder that I ended up purchasing. 10/10 best experience I’ve had there! Thank you Ashley!!!
