I've been going to Floyd's for about 20 years. The staff has always been great and with the app scheduling is very easy. I use Floyd's shampoo, conditioner and refresh. I like the products but I wish they weren't so expensive.

Erin is great. I have been going to her for quite sometime and there is a reason she is a headliner. She rocks. I can always tell when I have had to use someone else, as they are just not the same level.

Lizz the manager has been cutting my hair for almost 2 years and she’s the best when it come to customer service, overall friendliness, and her experience shows when she gives a haircut I’ve never had a bad experience with her.

Having a what do you do for work conversation with Rob in the RCHS gym almost a decade ago was the greatest thing that has happened to my hair! Kidding, but if he reads these, it’s been a great run! Moving to Auburn in two months so that’s the only reason you won’t see me!
