Erin was awesome! She listened carefully to what we wanted for my son’s haircut (he didn’t want one). She even helped with encouraging him that his hair was still going to look great afterwards and it did. The gal at the front was kind and efficient when getting us checked in.

Ashley does a very good job on my hair. Down to earth .polite, very articulate to her job. I will continue to go to Floyd’s on Quebec as long as Ashley is cutting my hair.

Well, we absolutely love Laun (hands-down, one of the best ) and the cool vibe in there. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. Also, the booking site is user-friendly.
