I had a wonderful experience with Sarah! She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me a great cut based off my hair type. We went in and chit chatted and she gave me great tips about styling my hair and what products to use / avoid. Definitely coming back again to see her!

Carly Martinez gave me the excellent hair cut I go to Floyds for. However, you should know that I went to the same Floyds on January 8, 2026 and it did not go well.

I was a regular Floyds customer about 8 years ago in the Denver area. I moved to Monument Colorado and it was very hard to get on the schedule. So I stopped patronizing Floyds. After moving back to Denver a few months ago, I saw a Floyds on the way home and decided to go back.

Making an appointment on January 8th, I went in and asked for the same haircut I have gotten for a very long time. It didn't turn out well. Then I left a survey like this one because it was only fair that someone know there was a problem.

Surprisingly, in today's world, surveys are just statistics, no one actually reads them except Carly. She called me, listened and then offered to fix the situation. I made an appointment with her, solely because she called me based on the survey.

She was excellent. Friendly, fast, excellent service. If you have influence over Carly's career, I would highly recommend you consider her for more responsibility to influence the growth of Floyds Barbershop. Robert
