Sarah was amazing. She knew exactly what me hair needed and recommended products to help me keep my hair healthy moving forward. She's an absolute genius when it comes to long hair. Sarah made me feel comfortable and heard and made sure my hair was in the best condition when I left. Everyone at this shop was friendly and kind and I cannot recommend the enough.

Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Greeted by name by front desk workers which makes a huge difference in making it feel like a personalized service. My stylist always listens and addresses and I leave looking and feeling great! One thing I have noticed is other stylists that are in between appointments sitting in the chairs with their phones audible at high volume levels.

Cierra was my hair cutter. She did a great job. Was very friendly.

Great vibe and stylists. My stylist was busy and my appointment got started 20 mins late. The shop leader saw I was waiting and took my appt over to solve the problem. I thought that was great!

The stylist gave me a good / quality cut. They worked on the style I wanted, and explained why it wouldn’t look exactly the same as the picture I brought in (as my hair was starting from a different length). This helped manage my expectations.
I really liked the result of their work.
They were also very friendly.
