Floyds DTC gotten much better. I went only there for years but stopped a few years ago when the haircuts and customer service got bad. I started going again a few months ago and I have been really pleased.

Rhea was incredibly kind and took the time to listen to my son—how he wanted his haircut, how he planned to style it, and what mattered most to him. She made sure he felt confident in his choice and truly heard. It was an extraordinary moment for him.

The people. Lou B is fantastic. It took me a decade to find a good stylist, and she is the best. Listens and adjusts beautifully. When I have an event coming up and I have to look my best, I KNOW I can trust Lou to make it happen.

I have been to 3 locations and the service has always been top notch. The only complaint I have is at all locations the music is a bit loud, makes it difficult for the hearing impaired.
