I love the flexibility of making a same day appointment. My location is pretty busy on weekends, and I have a strange work schedule. So I have to make an appointment on the ho with maximum 3 hour window. And my location does very well getting me in with someone. And it doesn't seem to matter who, I usually get a very good haircut..all though simple, they all to a good job for me and my schedule.

I always get my haircut from Demi due to her talent in cutting my hair just the way I request. I always feel like my hair is looking great when I walk out the door. She also reads my mood well on days that I just want a haircut and don't feel like chatting. That is a skill for sure.

The only frustrating part was the lack of stock of hair products I like. If Floyds runs a good promo, Floyds needs to make sure the shop is stocked with the products the shop likes to sell. I wonder how much in sales are lost due to lack of product? Regardless, this is still my go to shop for my haircuts due to Demi.
