My experience was phenomenal. I felt heard and cared for. I have gone to the places that are on time limits and there is never enough time for them to properly cut my hair. I have sooo much hair. Demi was amazing. She took her time and did such a glorious job! I am a new forever customer of Floyd's on Ward. Thank you!
