The folks at Metal Supermarkets in Louisville, KY. are top notch in all areas. Super friendly, fast response to questions and service. In one scenario, they were unable to provide a service I needed and instead of responding with a simple "No we can't do that" they answered with an explanation as to why they were unable to provide what I needed, insight so that I was able better understand and convey my needs to someone else, and gave me the number for 1 other companies that they thought might be able to help. Order was placed online with no issues. Management contacted me on when it would be ready for pick up. Everything went very well.
What I DO NOT LIKE: The hours are business hours, making it some times hard to get the material when I want it. And with that, the store (all three) are too far away... Period.
What I do like: The team there knows what they are doing. They have not failed on anything for that we have done together. They have or can get darn quick anything I've needed. The pricing is fair. BThe team treats me with respect. I do recommend the company often (as recently as yesterday to the guy fixing my HVAC).
MY only issue is that it takes me an hour to get there.
I like the fact that there is a metal supply house on the West side of town

I like that I can roam around and select materials of my own liking but if I need something that’s not in that area, I can access someone to pull it from the primary stock.
