I like the quality of the haircut, it’s always good no matter who has cut my hair. I like getting the shampoo too with the hot towel on the face. That’s great. I also like the straight razor neck shave with the hot towel. The only thing is that it has been a long time since I have gotten, or been offered a shoulder massage with those barber massage things. If you guys don’t offer it anymore, that’s OK; but you still have signs up that say you do, and I noticed the barbers and stylists still have the massagers. If staff doesn’t like to do the neck/shoulder massage, that’s OK too. Nobody should be forced to that. I wouldn’t want anybody giving me a neck massage (or haircut, etc) that didn’t want to. Maybe it should be listed in services for individual stylists, or maybe customers should have to pick it as an option; like the shampooing. I also wish you guys had an eyebrows, ears, nose trimming option that wasn’t waxing. Thanks! Even though I wrote a lot, I really like your shops!

Angie L was very professional and friendly! I had never visited this location until Friday. Angie L cut my hair great and made sure I was happy with it before she was finished! She also let me know for any reason I was not happy with the cut that I should return to have it fixed. I had been visiting the Arbor Walk location for over a year but was never told of this at all. I will definitely recommend Angie L to other people looking for a great cut! I will be returning to have Angie L cut my hair in 3 or 5 weeks from now.. Angie was great! Location was also very welcoming!

Sad the Universal discount went away, though. I told several people who I knew who visit other locations about it as well, but it was only around for a few short months it seems. A somewhat narrow oversight on allowing a discount only for a short time to then discontinue it. But, what do I know about such things - I suppose. Perception of that discontinued TM discount though will continue long past the actual action of it going away, I imagine.
