The people in service are always good, but the lighting inside is pretty terrible. There are different colored lightbulbs in the wrong color fixtures.

Keely gave me a phenomenal cut on the first visit! I’ve been spending double at the salon even before tip, which I see now was a waste. With Floyd’s great, pocket-friendly rate, I could afford to tip almost 50% to Keely. Honestly, if I had more to give right now, I would have, but hard times sent me to Floyd’s in the first place.

Bianca is really great. I like how she cuts my hair without a ton of direction and lets me zone out while she’s working.
I especially like my hair stylist Peter who gives me a great cut that lasts. He knows what he is doing and I just say do what you think will look best. I always get compliments and tell people to go to him.
I don’t like the parking at the Studio City location but this is LA so not much that can be done.
