Staff are accepting, kind, friendly, personable, and skilled. I am able to get my own relatively unusual haircut without issues or worrying that I’ll be judged, and instead I am encouraged or at least treated in a neutral way.
The service my barber, Kurt, provides is amazing. He listens to what I’m looking to do with my hair and even asks for a reference photo. And, the haircut always comes out great!

I have been in twice now and both times I was welcomed with a friendly greeting upon arrival, checked in smoothly. Angie took care of me this last visit and I was more than impressed with her attention to details and matching it to her initial questions about how I wanted my hair/ beard done!!
Gianni does a great job on my haircut and uses scissors instead of clippers which I greatly appreciate. The other staff was kind to call ahead and reschedule when he was sick. Great communication amongst staff.

The front desk is always quick and are super friendly. Abigail cut my hair and did a fantastic job. She is attentive and detail oriented while also being really friendly! I enjoy every time I come in there to get my hair cut!!!

I’ve gone to Cait for a couple of years now. I’m in my mid 40’s and require a bit more from my haircuts than your average Joe. Pompadour style with fades etc. I’ve never been more happy with my hairstyle than with Cait. She’s so good she makes it look effortless. She knows how to work with a cowlick and understands the hairs natural growth patterns and how to work with them. If she leaves Floyd’s I’m following her to whatever salon she ends up in. Thanks Cait, you’re the best!
