I've been going to this particular Floyd's for over 10 years. It could even be longer than that, but I really can't remember. The store is conveniently located. The staff, although I've gone through multiple iterations of them I've always been really nice & helpful. And even the different people I've used to actually style my hair I've always acted very professionally and doing a great job.
We love Erica! My 6 year old has been going to her for a few years now, and he adores her. They have a special bond and joke around. She has always made him feel so comfortable getting haircuts. And his cuts always look great!
