She was patient and supportive and was able to connect personally with my child which helped ease any worry and anxiety. I have a tough face to shave even when I’m the one doing it so Josh did fairly well. I especially appreciated him taming my Gandalf eyebrows and making me look less like an unkempt wizard. My wife was pleased with the overall end results so that was the vote that mattered the most.
