My stylist is phenomenal.
However, I was late to my appointment because the automated text system updated my appointment time to be later than I’d originally planned, but didn’t notify my stylist. This was unfortunate.
My stylist Amanda at the Pasadena location does an excellent job cutting my hair. My hair happens to be thick and wavy which can present challenges for anyone who tries to cut it. Amanda always gets it right. She even uses scissors over a razor which leaves the hair intact without the buzz. Most stylists would recommend “A buzz to get rid of the bulk” but she goes with the harder choice of scissors which has the better result. She could even do Conan O’Brien’s hair and do a great job. She is a rare breed indeed.
