Had a great experience with Kristen. She knew it was my first visit to Floyds and did a great job promoting what makes it better than my old place (admittedly not a challenge). Loved the experience and will definitely be enjoying adding a shampoo, neck shave, and shoulder massage to my visits.
My kids and wife really loved the smell of the shampoo -- so I'll likely be purchasing that as well.
I followed Alyssa from Erie to Lafayette because she's so good and professional. I drive miles out of my normal drive to have her cut my hair.

I love how anyone from any walk of life, age, sex, religion, blue, brown, black, female, nonbinary, whatever your thing is…you’re always so welcoming to everyone. Every person that has ever helped me there has been extremely kind and they all have great personalities to chat with while getting a cut! I may be biased but Jessica is my fav. Her stories are pretty hilarious and I feel we have a good connection. Just happy there’s no more house fires for her haha. And so glad she came back after the baby! <3

My last barber disappeared on me and so I decided to give this place a shot and was thrilled with the service!!! My hair professional was amazing and was somehow able to understand what I wanted even though I had a vague idea. 10/10 will be back!
