Metal Supermarkets is a big company that very efficiently handled a very small order (two 32" lengths of aluminum tubing of a very specific outside diameter). This was something that could NOT be bought on Amazon or any hardware store. Metals Supermarkets efficiency spanned from my initial inquiry, helpful discussions of availability, suggestion of trying a different grade, trying a different location, and the item being at the convenient location (Etobicoke) just when promised.
I really appreciate your speedy service and that you cut to size.

Great service in the lead up to my visit, first one the phone where I got a price and placed the order, then the follow-up call from the store to let me know my stock had come in, to my actual visit where I was told that they could do a bit better on the price than quoted; the reduction in price must have been close to 30%! Awesome!
