The service was excellent over the phone an in person. The material was cut perfect to the size.
Despite being a very small order it was treated as important and given prompt consideration. I was in and out with the item I needed in 30 minutes. Great to see a company and staff that values customers and provides prompt and courteous service. Your person on the front desk is knowledgeable and was extremely helpful.
Cost is obviously higher than most other metal suppliers, however whenever any low volume or one off production orders come in, the staff are extremely helpful, even looking at other branches for inventory if they don't stock the part. I do wish they stocked more obscure sizes and grades of steel, but all in all we are very happy with Metal supermarkets (Don Mills and Scarborough) for the help over the years.
