Fast and convenient for small orders
The product range is vast, yet there a few common items, that are absent from the list. Chrome shafting for hydraulic shafts, keyed shafting. I use both on semi-regular basis and have to source else where.
Would love to see you become and 80-20 distributor, as the only one is in Walnut Groove. Even if you were order in on demand basis. Or you could have a selection of imperial connectors and bolts on hand, and a few lengths of standard extrusions.
Add the marketing to include Marker and Maker Faire, these young people have no idea where to shop for supplies.
Langley store was a great help, friendly, quick, efficient. Found the material I needed even when it was not in their store. I have used 3 or 4 Metal Supermarkets, and Langley has the best service of them all.

A great selection of items. Some jobs I do require a small piece of an expensive steel shape and you can sell me just enough. Other jobs are a big rush and you can sell me the material to be picked up an hour.

This may be covered in another question, in case it isn't, what I don't like is your costing, I purchased two pieces of 3/16" * 2-1/2" * 38" CRS yesterday and it cost $27 or so with taxes.
While I appreciate you have to make money, I think this may be a little excessive!
Selection and ability to look and feel the materials up close the open and inviting layout. An 8' brake for sheet metal would be nice.
