I don't buy in big quantities so the great guys in the frontend and shippers will usually accept a cut order in the morning and ready for p/u by early afternoon. Other than the quick turnaround and friendly service I can't say much more other that drop the off-cut price per pound but I imagine the bean counters have figured the profit/loss ratio.........just kidding, had ya for a sec. ddfx
