Every time I have dealt with the Richmond branch, the staff have always been very courteous and efficient. All parts are accurately cut and I have never needed to wait longer than the time they have indicated.

The products and service are excellent. The only thing I would say is that when I am buying from Metal Supermarket it is usually because it is a low quantity or I need it in a rush; and of course it is more expensive (as would be expected).
