We are all ways happy with the service provided by Metal Super Market. As a contactor, time and ease of getting product to our sites is very important, which has been provided by MSM for many years.
Pricing is reasonable for small orders, and simply that small orders are possible.
I've had a couple instances where orders were incorrect but it was always fixed quickly.
As a woman going to pick up an order in an entirely male dominated business, I am treated well and I appreciate that.

4) staff calls with any concerns or issues to assist with the order
5) product is always shrink wrapped and labelled for pick up
6) product is always brought to the vehicle and loaded
7) courier pick ups are done without complications
8) facility is clean and organized
9) staff always greets us politely with a positive attitude.
All you need is a branch in south Surrey. There is no supplier south of Port Kells.
