Needed a piece of steel to make a bracket they cut to size 1/2 thick by 3/4 wide 1 foot long and i asked if they could bend it to my template angle and they did it with in a couple of minutes while I waited so I wouldn't have to come back. Very nice people to do business with

As a first time customer, I have to ask how do you do it? It is impossible to find such friendly, helpful, and professional people to put in one store, but somehow you did it! From the minute I entered to pick up my will-call item I felt warmly welcomed by the staff. There was a small defect in my order. I was immediately taken to the cutting area to work directly directly with your team to ensure my complete satisfaction. The issue was quickly resolved and I left feeling like I'd been treated like family. Can't imagine I would order metals from anywhere else again. Why would I? No one is ever going to beat your service!
